I love Jodi Picoult. I’ve read all her novels I’ve ever found, and I’ve never hit a cull.

This is a great, gripping read about an autistic teenager accused of murder. Her insights into the thoughts of the boy’s brother, though, are what really stunned me. Just like in “My Sisters Keeper” and “Handle With Care,” she totally nails it on sibling relationships. Fascinating.

I think the ending, though, was disappointing. Yes, she always has a “twist” and yes, the twist is there – but it was just a little too pat.

Worth a read? Omigosh, yes. I learned sooo much about autism.
